Q. How long does it take for delivery of an order?

We recommend you allow 10 working days from the time of ordering.

This also depends on whether the deposit is paid within 5 working days after ordering.

 

Q. How do we make pay our deposit?

A 50% deposit for all fundraising orders is required before an order is logged into the system for processing.

This can be paid directly into our account or by cheque (see order page for details)

 

Q. How long do I have to pay an account?

Fundraising orders have a 20 day invoice while after school/kindy activity orders have a 7 day invoice.

 

Q. What is the shelf life of the cookies?

Each packet carries a shelf life of three (3) months.

 

Q. By what means will our order be despatched?

We use a variety of couriers to both north and south islands.

 

Q. What is the nutritional information of the cookies?

Q. How can I get a sample?

Click 'request sample' on the right hand column of our site.

These are sent by NZ Post. We suggest you allow 5 working days for delivery.

 

Q. What size are the cookies?

Each cookie is approximately 10cm x 12cm.

 

Q. What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is one carton (20 packets). Each carton thereafter must be in multiples of 20 packets ie 40, 60, 80.…

 

Q.  Can we order Xmas characters anytime of year?

Yes, all our characters are available all year round.

 

Q. How strong is the Ginger flavour in the cookies?

Our Gingerbread is made for kids palettes so our cookies have a mild Ginger flavour.

 

Q. What are the Gingerbread characters?

Teddies, bunnies, people (men), houses, santa, xmas trees and angels.

 

Q. Can a packet contain different characters?

No. Each packet must contain the same character. But each carton may be made up of a selection of different character packets.

 

Q. Can we get a refund for unsold goods?

Sorry we do not give refunds.

An order can be placed by filling out the order form on the ‘order’ page or by phoning one of our team 0800 873 287 or by fax 03 545 9120 or by posting or faxing the order form from our brochure to The Gingerbread Factory, PO Box 1505, Nelson 7040.
